Professional Inspections
Level One Inspection
A level one inspection is included with every service call or chimney sweep. It is a visual inspection of every aspect of your fireplace and chimney system visible to the naked eye. There is no demolition needed to complete this type of inspection.
Level Two Inspection
A level two inspection is recommended with the transfer of a property ie; inspections prior to or after the sale of a home, or if there is suspected damage. A level two inspection is a more in depth inspection requiring access to crawl spaces, removal of access panels to expose hidden components, roof access, attic access and camera scans.
Level Three Inspection
A level three inspection is recommended after an event has occurred ie; after a chimney fire, an earthquake and other acts of nature. It requires a complete exposure to all components of the fireplace and chimney systems to ensure the system is not damaged and meets building code requirements for installation and operation.
